What to include
Include your CardQuay username, the listing, order or trade reference, the other user's username and a concise description. Attach relevant evidence, but do not email complete payment-card numbers, account passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Urgent safety and fraud
If a listing may involve a stolen or counterfeit card, use “Report this listing” on the card page and email us. If there is immediate danger or suspected criminal conduct, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service first.
No public walk-in address
CardQuay does not currently operate a public retail or customer-service location. Support is provided online. A postal or service address will be added when one is established or legally required for the relevant process.
